How does the process work?

After you sign up, we start with an online introductory session. I get to know how you think, what your goals are, and begin understanding your decision-making process. Then we move into your game sessions.
What happens during a game session?

We send out a HOCKEYFILMSTUDY videographer to record your game. They upload the footage securely to our website so that we can watch the film together online as soon as possible. I ask you questions about what you were doing and why, allowing me to improve your decision-making in real time. We analyze every single shift you have at least once.
What packages do you offer?

We offer 2, 5, and 10 game packages. All packages include an introductory session. The 5 game session also includes a follow-up session and the 10 game packages includes 2 follow-up sessions.
How soon after a game do we review the film?

As close to the end of the game as possible. Scheduling is completely flexible and I’m available when you’re ready.
Who is this for?

Players who want to improve their hockey IQ, decision-making, and overall understanding of the game through real film study and thought process analysis.
Can I sponsor a player who can’t afford it?

Yes. You can support players through our Sponsorships section. We want dedicated players to be able to access this training. You can select the player to be sponsored yourself or we will gladly find a deserving candidate for you. You will be kept updated throughout the entire process so you can directly see how your generosity is making a difference.
